Chicken and Pork Adobo with Balsamic Vinegar

1 half chicken breast (chopped)
1/4 pork liempo (chopped)
Oyster sauce
Balsamic Vinegar
Whole pepper corn
Veg Oil
How to cook:
Marinate chicken and pork with soysauce (1/4 cup) for 15-30mins. In a pan, put 2-3tbsp of cooking oil (I used veg oil) and saute crushed garlic (3-5 pcs), until brown then add the marinated pork, cook for about 5mins then add the chicken with the marinate. Add about 2-3 tbsp of balsamic vinegar, do not stir until you smell the acid. Add oyster sauce, pepper corn and 1 cup water. Cover and cook for 15-20mins in a medium heat. After 15-20 mins, check if the sauce has thickened and oil is visible, if so, then you can turn off the heat.
Serve while hot. Enjoy!
Adobo is the most famous Filipino dish. You can make chicken adobo, pork adobo, adobong kangkong, adobong pusit and a lot more. If you say Adobo, it’s a dish with soysauce and vinegar. Over the years, Filipinos had become creative in making their own version of adobo. So today I made my own version. Nagpapaka sosyal lang ako at balsamic vinegar ang ginamit ko, instead of an ordinary vinegar. It gives a different taste to the regular adobo.
Try it!
